Terms and Conditions for Carex Hand Washing Poem Competition
The following terms and conditions apply to the Carex Hand Washing Poem competition on Carex.co.uk, and Carex UK Facebook.
The competition will launch on Monday 8th March 2021 at 10:00 and close at 23:59 on Monday 22nd March 2021.
Entries received after this time will not be counted.
Prize Details
One winner will win the top prize – Overnight stay in ATH or EV Lodge x 4 guests, one day theme park & one day waterpark tickets, one round of Extraordinary Golf (9 holes)
Prize covers one nights’ accommodation for up to 4 guests in either an Enchanted Village Woodland Lodge or a standard room in the Alton Towers Hotel. Valid until 31th October 2021, excluding secondary ticketed events (e.g. concerts) and attraction closed dates. Prize also includes breakfast, one day theme park tickets, one day waterpark tickets and a round of 9 holes at Extraordinary Golf for up to 4 guests. Entrance to Tree Top Quest and the Spa are not included in the prize. Limited number of competition prize rooms available on any one night and subject to availability. Not valid in conjunction with any other offer. For accommodation purposes only, one guest must be aged 18+. Identification will be required upon check-in. Check-in can be made from 3pm onwards. Prizes do not include travel to or from Alton Towers Resort, in-room movies and phone calls. All other expenses are the responsibility of the winner and guests. The Alton Towers Resort reserves the right, in its absolute discretion, to refuse entry and to close and/or alter all or any part of the facilities including closure of rides and/or attractions for technical, operational, health and safety or other reasons including over-capacity. Size, height, weight, age restrictions and medical warnings apply to certain rides and attractions. Visitors under 12 years must be accompanied by a person 18 years of age or over at the Alton Towers Resort. Prizes are non-transferable, not for resale and there is no cash alternative.
4 Runners up will win a Carex Hamper which will include a selection of 250ml Hand Wash products and 50ml Hand Gel products.
Fans can enter using the competition form on the Carex website at www.carex.co.uk/carex-poem-competition, links to which is shared on the Carex Facebook page. The details required to enter the competition are:
- Parent/Guardian’s First Name
- Parent/Guardian’s Last Name
- Parent/Guardian’s Email Address
- Poem submission – in one of the following formats: mp3, mp4, pdf, jpeg, png, docx
Our competition is open to all children under 16 yrs. Parents/Guardians must be present to complete this competition entry form. They must also be the main point of contact for the winning entry. The winner will be selected at random from the entries and will be contacted via parent/guardian’s email to inform them of their win. The winner will have 7 days to accept their prize otherwise an alternative winner will be chosen.
The prize is non-transferable and there is no cash alternative.
PZ Cussons has the right to withdraw the competition at any time.
Prizes will be delivered within one month of announcement.
PZ Cussons accepts no responsibility for products being lost, damaged or delayed in the post.
The giveaway is open to UK residents aged 18 or over only.
The giveaway is subject to availability and PZ Cussons reserves the right to substitute the products for equivalent products of equal value if necessary.
